The SDGs

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a set of 17 global goals set by the United Nations General Assembly in 2015.

These goals aim to end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure prosperity for all by 2030. The SDGs include goals such as no poverty, zero hunger, good health and well-being, quality education, gender equality, clean water and sanitation, affordable and clean energy, decent work and economic growth, industry innovation and infrastructure, reduced inequalities, sustainable cities and communities, responsible consumption and production, climate action, life below water, life on land, peace, justice and strong institutions, and partnerships for the goals.

Achieving these goals will require the cooperation and effort of governments, businesses, civil society, and individuals around the world.
